I've been looking into a DVD that uses kettlebells to help with my weight loss, and I saw that CSN has them:
I was also thrilled to see they have aerobic steps. I would love to do more than just the advanced step on WiiFit. And have been looking into aerobic stepping DVDs. I would definitely need to buy a step.

Exercise with injured foot - entry 1
ReplyDeleteLay on your back with legs in tabletop position (up and 90 degrees). Using one 5- 10lb weight in both hands start with arms straight up overhead and slowly move back (this is a great core exercise) very simple yet great workout.

Core exercises (crunches) and upper body strength exercises (pull-ups, push-ups on knees), and things like leg lifts are all good ways to keep strong while your foot recovers.

There should be some water aerobics you could dom assuming you can get your foot wet. Is it in a cast? You could do upper-body movement in the pool.

You could work your upper body, arms, shoulders, abs. Crunches, a stability ball, free weights, a medicine ball are all exercises you could perform with an injured foot!
