Weigh In #6: Plus Size Bloggers Tracking Challenge: Bye Bye Booties! and Slimmer This Summer Check In

Okay, the late night snacks I need to eat before going to bed and the exhaustion which is keeping me from my late night walks have contributed to a weight gain this week.  Of course the fact that whole grain snacks make me feel nauseous and I gravitate toward the chips and donuts etc didn't help.  I will just have to try to do better next week.  Because this much of a gain is too much even for pregnancy

up 2.4 pounds.

Today's Weight: 219.4

Total Loss since weight loss journey got serious on December 13th 2010: 42.5


  1. If you could find a high protein food bar you like that would a good alternative to what you have been having. Atkins has a peanut butter treat that tastes like Reese Cups - very good. There is also a crispy chocolate bar that is very good - with some hot coffee or tea - yummo. The Quest Bar is also very good - Hope you find a way to keep things under control.

  2. A few things I do for snacking all about 100 calories:
    Have you tried cliff bars (high energy bars)? What about drinking a glass of skim milk, eating a cup of grapes, or eating a peach? I like the fig bars from Trader Joes. They are 120 calories and a great snack. I also would recommend the little bags of 100 calorie snacks that you get at any grocery store. SO, lots of possible items for you to snack on that won't set up going up. Have a great week.
