What about drinking a glass of skim milk, eating a cup of grapes, or eating a peach? I like the fig bars from Trader Joes. They are 120 calories and a great snack. I also would recommend the little bags of 100 calorie snacks that you get at any grocery store. SO, lots of possible items for you to snack on that won't set up going up. Atkins has a peanut butter treat that tastes like Reese Cups - very good. There is also a crispy chocolate bar that is very good - with some hot coffee or tea - yummo.
