Second Weigh In this Week

Okay, I figured I "gained" so much yesterday because I hadn't exercised before weighing in.  I ALWAYS weigh in after exercising.  So, today I decided to do a body test for the second time this week.  I have only been doing body tests once a week.  I used to do them every day, but the fluctuations were bothering me.  But...I had to know.
So here is my current weight info.

So not only did I go down from yesterday, I also lost weight from last week after all.

Yay! I got to give myself a star.

Working on getting the exercise on track again.

Previous Weight: 226.9
Today's Weight: 224
Weight Loss from yesterday: 2.9
Weight loss from last week: .4

Total Loss since weight loss journey got serious on December 13th 2010: 37.9
